MoodSync AI features an advanced Android DSP Volume Booster capable of boosting audio gain up to +200% (+20dB). Users acknowledge that prolonged listening at extreme volumes may cause temporary or permanent hearing discomfort. Use responsible volume levels when using headphones or earphones.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MoodSync AI mobile application (Package: io.inov8ing.moodsync) or website (https://moodsync.inov8ing.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the application.
2. Description of the Service
MoodSync AI is an AI-powered emotion and audio companion. It utilizes Groq LLM natural language processing to analyze feelings and situations described by users, automatically indexing and playing matching publicly available audio content across Music, Nasheeds, Naats, Ghazals, Poetry, Motivational speeches, and Ambient soundscapes.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Attribution
All third-party media, audio recordings, video streams, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective creators, publishers, and copyright holders. MoodSync AI functions strictly as an intelligent client player interface and indexing system. We do not claim ownership of external audio streams.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
When using MoodSync AI, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the application or backend APIs.
- Use automated scripts or bots to spam or disrupt recommendation endpoints.
- Use the application for any unlawful, harassing, or harmful activities.
5. Monetization & In-App Rewards
Certain features (such as unlocking maximum boost power or bonus AI tokens) may be provided through optional rewarded video advertisements. Ad availability is subject to third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) and regional inventory.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
MoodSync AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Inov8ing Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero latency, or continuous availability of third-party streaming content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inov8ing Tech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the application.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Inov8ing Tech, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
